  Whole Foods does have some Indian food in the hotbar section. I seem to remember they also have some coconut curry type thing that comes in a small container in their cheese section. For that, make sure to read the lable first because sometimes there's dairy in it.
  
  I don't know if this would work so well,might be kind of expensive, but you could order some Indian food from a restaurant and bring that to the potluck!
