I just bought some raw,chocolate coconut butter at my local Co-op and wanted to share with everyone how good it is!

I was surprised that it was relatively cheap for something raw and organic-$11.99 for an 8oz jar.

The brand is Artisana, and it's called Artisana Raw Organic Vegan Cacao Bliss.(all my favorite words in one sentence!) You can mix it into smoothies, or spread it on vegan cookies or bread. I'm going to use it as part of a raw, vegan almond butter cookie recipe I found.

The ingredients are: Artisana organic coconut butter, organic extra virgin coconut oil, organic agave syrup, organic cacao, and organic cacao butter. It's made in a facility that processes tree nuts and soy, but does not process any peanuts,gluten, dairy, cholesterol or GMOs.

This stuff is so good, I want to eat it with a spoon right out of the jar :)
